2022 Development and Coaching Role EOIs

New Lambton Football Club (Premier) seek applicants interested in roles as:

Assistant Technical Directors in our Premier Youth Boys and Girls programs.

Working under the tutelage of Technical Director Cas Wright, NLFC is seeking C Licence qualified TD’s to work within our burgeoning Youth programs in delivering exemplary outcomes and development for our young players from U13s to U16s (NL1) and 13s to U17s (WPL).

New Lambton proudly stand by our development model which includes aspirational targets for retention and Senior evolution growing year on year in conjunction with exciting success on the park.

The Assistant TD would be responsible for close liaison with the Technical Director, Coaches and Players, implementing the club’s developmental programs and driving the coaching philosophies that are demanded at NLFC.

With teams currently competing in the Junior Development League, Northern League One and Women’s Premier League, and with clear ambition toward eventual NPL inclusion and being a staunch advocate for de-coupling of Premier Youth boys football, New Lambton FC remains one of the strongest Youth development programs in the region.
