Volunteers are the glue that holds together our club together. They dedicate hours of time and energy every year, working in a variety of ways and completing many necessary tasks. Without the dedication of these volunteers, our club as we know it would not exist. Community football continues to thrive through the efforts of volunteers.
For each of our volunteer roles, we have created role descriptions – so people know exactly what they are committing to and we try our best to match the volunteer to the task by understanding:
- The amount of time they can contribute.
- Their skill level/knowledge.
- Why they are involved in the club.
- Their own personality and likes/dislikes.
We also provide an orientation of our volunteers into the task being undertaken and also into the Club’s expectations of our volunteers.
See the Club’s Volunteer Policy for more information.
